Only a ten minute walk from the breathtaking Babbacombe Downs and Cliff Railway, and a 15 minute downhill walk to the Town Centre and Harbour. An ideal touring base for South Devon, as we are within walking distance of the centre and many local attractions, but far enough away to give you that quiet retreat for a relaxing break.

For guests visiting the English Riviera without a car, the public transport system in Torbay is efficient and regular. From Torquay harbour buses run regularly to most places in South Devon, including Paignton, Brixham, Plymouth, Exeter, Teignmouth, Totnes, and Cockington Village. In the summer, take a half hour ferry ride across to Brixham and view the stunning coastline from the water!

We are happy to collect you from and return you  to the train or coach station in Torquay on arrival and departure - just arrange this with us when you book.
